I attended few interviews and couldnt find answers for some. Can you please
help me answering these questions.

1.       What is the difference between Login and Logon?
2.       You have millions of records in a Emp table. Update the salary
column, (salary = salary + (0.3*salary))
a.       Need the most efficient query.
3.       What is virtual Cube?
4.       What is virtual Dimension?
5.       What is a linked Cube?

Also can I get some website references for advanced interview questions on
SQL2000, OLAP, DTS etc?
