there is #region in c# or vb.net so I can use toggle.

This would be a tool thing, having some comment marker that allow the tool to collapse/expand as you
wish. Unfortunately, the tools that comes with SQL Server doesn't have such support. Consider
wishing this at connect (http://connect.microsoft.com/site/sitehome.aspx?SiteID=68).
