Ajax Programming :: Need help to render value from gridview field which is in invisible


	Need help to render value from gridview field which is in invisible I am going to show tooltip for Gridview Fields in Dotnet2.0. I binded some fields to gridiview.. I kept one field in invisible..how can i retrieve that field value.. If i get solution from you,I ll be thankfull..
