Job Title:  Team Leader (Dot Net technology- ASP.net with C#)

Job Profile/ Description:
    Analyze & create functional and development specs.
    Designing technical architecture.
    Translate specs into a project plan.
    Interact directly with Customer for requirements
    Manage & motivate a team of 3-5 Programmers
    Manage project independently & ensure successful & timely delivery.
    Learn & implement new technologies within a short period of time.
    Translate specs into a project plan.

Desired Profile of the candidate:
    Experience of 4 years in web based projects with at least 2 years
in .NET (ASP.net with C#) hardcore Development.
    Should have involved in at least 3-4 Full Cycle projects in
Microsoft Products
    Strong understanding of OOAD Concepts and software engineering best
practices
    Strong knowledge of, Web Based Development Technologies like .NET,
XML, AJAX, Atlas, HTML, JavaScript
    Awareness of quality process would be a plus
    Must have worked on Project Management tools like Microsoft Project
Pan & etc
    Must possess good communication skills and very strong analytical
skills and have the ability to work independently or in team
environment.
    Must be a quick learner and should have strong grasping power
    Should have the ability to work under pressure.
