Description:   100      Development Strategy
    Assist in the achieving the overall web/portal strategy for Best in Class web presence in North America
60      Execution of Process
    Review customer development requirements and offer suggested modifications that align with our Best in Class web development strategy.
    Develop the appropriate code that meets the customers requirements.
    Perform testing prior to production deployment.
    Develop technical documentation for written code.
    Work with users to resolve acceptance testing issues working within the defined quality parameters defined by the customer.
    Assist in the successful promotion of code to production.

30      Relationship Management
    Work with the business units to refine business requirements and deliver production code that meets the end users requirements.
    Work with customers to offer suggestions on how to utilize the web to deliver the information and interactions that can help the users meet their individual business units strategy goals.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The prerequisite job-related qualifications for this position, such as: education, technical background, industry and/or practice area exposure, product and/or service track record, staff development experience, administrative requirements, etc.

    7 years of IT experience as a designer, developer, Architect
project Leader
    5 Yrs of Bea Weblogic Portal 7.x/8.x and Workshop.
    5 Yrs of hands on experience on Java, J2ee/EJB, JSP/ Servlets.
    Should have worked on different application server such as IBM web sphere, Orion server, Oracle application server.
    Should have experience in using different IDEs such as Visual Caf, Jbuilder and JDeveloper etc.
    Implementation of Rational Unified Process (RUP) and using UML tools to architect the system.
    Good understanding and implementation of search engine such as Autonomy, Google etc.
    Thorough understanding of clustered environment.
    Experience Migrating, Deploying, and Performance Tuning, Load Balancing and cluster configuration.
    Solid understanding of Java, Object Oriented technology, XML, J2EE and Web Services.
    Experience in Support business domain desired.
