Overall Experience:  04-06 Yrs.

Position Description:

-Participate in defining Identity and Access Management architecture, strategy, deployment options, integration requirements, etc
-Serve as subject matter expert and advisor on best practices and efficient solutions supporting the Identity and Access Management strategy
-Requires knowledge in the following areas: Access control and Identity management, authentication, encryption, IdM Federation, Single Sign-on.
-Will work in close coordination with the Business Analysts and Integration developers to provide
-Continuity for the overall Identity Management solution.  

Additional Information:

 -A background and understanding of products offered by Bridgestream, Eurekify or Courion
-The ability to define and document Strategic roadmaps
-Experience with defining and implementing a process for "centralized access management" including recertification and SLA procedures.
-Experience with creating, defining and documenting gap analysis of application access
-Experience with defining and implementing process to increase application control and reduce risk.
-Experience with leading a team of centralized access administrators
-Background in creating and promoting "centralized access administration" from a decentralized access process
-Knowledge of RBAC methodologies is A MUST
