Description:   Job Responsibilities:

Candidate will play a key role within a dynamic development team responsible for providing the maritime industry with state-of-the-art client server applications.  This senior position will allow the candidate's core programming skills to be used to facilitate the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of Client/Server software for the maritime shipping industry.  

Job Requirements/Education:

Candidate should have a minimum of a BS or BA in Computer Science or an associated discipline, advanced degree preferable.  Extensive proficiency in C++, COM, and SQL is essential.  Pluses would include knowledge of various suites of Financial packages (ie CODA), as well as reporting software such as Crystal reports.  Experience with VB, DCOM, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server are also considered significant pluses.  Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with interpersonal and leadership skills are required.
