Plans, organizes and leads the implementation of training programs for entry-level and experienced sales people and customers.
Designing plan for sales force and customer training. Involved in implementation; delivery,
fiding and scheduling resources, determining sequence and content,
developing testing, role plays and exercises.
Conducts post training evaluations to measure trainng effectiveness and makes changes to changes
to improve training effectiveness.
Plans and implements competency self-assessment at both the beginning and end of the training period. Developing
of surveys to be taken by sales force and customers.
Develops, maintains, and updates training materials for program. Develops traiining programs that support the achievement of the companys sales/marketing goals and field sales competencygrowth.
Interfaces with sales and marketing to link training to sales strategy and key initiatives critical to sales success.I dentifies training delivery stratagies and methodologies to optimize learning, cost and sense of urgency. Manages assigned budget goal for projects and training programs.

B.S.IN Scientific discipline with 5+ years experience in customer and/or sales training.
Laboratory and / or Med Tech experience a plus. Min. of 5+ years training experience desired. Proven success at managing complex customers; building customer relations and delivering businees results.
Able to work and thrive in a fast paced team environment. Knows the key customers and competitors. Understands customer expectations, objectives and priorities.
Demonstratesa thorough understanding of the training role and how that role relates to the customer.
Demonstrates an understanding of Veridex products and learning pronciples.
Proactivily seeks information about the customer and particates in addressing customer needs. Strategic planning and execution skills required and presentation skilll a must. Excellant communication and high level organizational skills.
Ability to schedule time and activities in accordance with work requirements and flexibality in travel required.
