Description:   East Coast MS Gold Partner is seeking experienced desktop/network support staff consultants for our New York City Branch Office

Successful candidates possess Current MCP Status AND have a minimum of 4 years of full-time, paid, professional, hands-on, PC/LAN support experience in enterprise environments.

NO RECENT GRADS

Skills required include: Windows XP, MS Office, hardware/software installation/support, troubleshooting, upgrade, desk-side support. Excellent interpersonal, communications, and analytical skills are essential.

You will be working providing local support in the branch offices of our local customers. Working at the direction of the IT support team in the home office, you will provide PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, and COMPETENT end-user desktop and (light) network support. You will help implement IT standards, policies, and procedures.
