Description:   Currently have an open position in our office for a Construction Administrator with a minimum of 7 years experience in commercial & retail construction administration. This position serves as the project lead throughout the construction process and is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the construction phase including record keeping, construction monitoring, team supervision, budget review, communication and quality assurance.
 Responsibilities:
 - Quality Assurance walk throughs
 - Negotiating disputes with contractors
 - Representing CSDA at construction progress meetings
 - Coordinate and review project submittals and payment requests
 - Process RCPs and RFIs, change orders and close out documents in accordance with DSA criteria
 Skills:
 - Knowledge of Auto Cad, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project required.
 Education:
 - Must have Bachelors of Architecture Degree; Registration a plus.
