REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated ability in analyzing and resolving technical problems related to internet, browsers, pc, laptops, Windows OS, Networks and Windows Servers.
1-3 years support experience at providing direct customer interaction and support responsibilities.
Experience with Windows 2000, XP and familiarity with Windows 2000 and 2003 Server.
Experience with MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer
Must be able to work flexible hours (7:30AM – 4:00PM and 10:00 – 6:30PM) rotating on a weekly cycle.
