Description:   Manager - Technology Integration Banking Practice

 Our Technology Integration practice helps banking clients throughout the world manage the critical business of information technology, including their IT organization and portfolio of technology assets. We offer an end-to-end range of technology advisory and implementation services, combined with deep industry expertise, enabling us to solve out clients toughest business challenges from start to finish.  As a Manager within this practice, you will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large banking clients.  You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.    

Position can be located in NYC, NY ; Chicago, IL;  Charlotte, NC; McLean, VA; Atlanta, GA; Minneapolis, MN; Boston, MA; Los Angeles, CA and San Francisco, CA

    Enterprise Business Integration
    Architecture & Infrastructure
    Information Dynamics
    IT Strategy & Management

Position Requirements:

Deep industry experience in any of the following banking areas and competencies:  

       Retail Banking: Consumer deposits accounts, loans (e.g., auto, home equity), individual  retirement  accounts (IRAs)

       Mortgage: Consumer Loans secured by real estate (e.g., personal residence).  This includes the underwriting, approval, servicing and collections.

       Payments: Payments initiation, processing and settlement.  Includes credit cards

       Wholesale Banking: Cash management services (e.g., lockbox, fund management), merchant services,  business banking services (deposits and loans), institutional trust and securities
 custody services to commercial and corporate institutions

Ability to travel for client engagements up to 4 days per week.    

Bachelor's degree, MBA strongly preferred.

5-8 years professional experience in consulting services with a focus on delivery of technology projects.

At least 2 years of project management experience.

Majority of engagement experience focused on the Banking market segment.

Experience managing / leading complex programs, operations and product launches.

Experience managing mixed teams, including clients and contractors with both business and technical backgrounds (include offshore teams).

Experience analyzing, designing and implementing large scale business/technology solutions.

Strong communication experience should include presentation / proposal generation, as well as an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within a team or client organization.

Willingness to work on a broad variety of projects in the Technology Integration practice.
