Description:   FCG has an immediate opportunity for Project Manager (PM). Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and leading of complex operational and technical projects. The PM will be responsible for coordinating efforts with client and project teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met in accordance with quality standards and processes. This position requires at a minimum 5-8 years project management experience. Experience with RUP, Use Cases, FDA Validation, Document Mgmt or consulting is a plus.  Pharma/Life Sciences background is a plus. Must have current or previous technical experience. A BA/BS Degree, advanced degree, PMP, and/or relevant certifications are beneficial. 50-70% travel required.

The PM is responsible for leading and executing:
    Project and resource planning
    Work plan development and maintenance
    Issue management
    Risk tracking and mitigation
    Resource tracking
    Timely Dashboard and progress report updates
    Accurate status reports and dashboards to project team and executives
    Conflict and issues resolution facilitation
    Clear communications among all impacted resources

The PM must demonstrate:
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    Strong financial management
    Good analytical skills
    Leadership, decision-making and team building skills
    Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
    Quick learning, self-direction, motivation, and posses a strong dedication and commitment to client service
    Expertise in working in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment
