Description:   Our client is a high growth managment consulting firm that provides strategic, operational, fiancial and technolgy related advisory services to insurance, reinsurance and insurance brokerage firms.

Senior Technology Integration Managers work directly with insurance industry clients to transform their business problems into custom technology solutions. Senior managers are responsible for business development strategies, client relationship management, and solutions delivery. Position can be located in New York City, Chicago, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Hartford, Boston, and Atlanta

Position Requirements:

Must have IT experience within the insurance industry to include depth in at least two of the following areas:  

    Systems integration

    Applications development

    Enterprise business integration

    Architecture

    Infrastructure

    IT Strategy and management.

A minimum of ten years of relevant industry and consulting experience required. This should include experience with at least one of the following industry sectors:

    Property and Casualty

    Life Insurance

    Reinsurance

    Brokerage

Must have consulting / professional services experience to include revenue generation.

Must have exposure to any of the following Insurance functions or activities:

    Sales and Distribution

    Insurance Operations and Customer Service (including premium processing)

    Claims Operations

    Call Center Operations

    Technology management and planning

    Financial statement close process

    Financial and operational reporting

    Planning, budgeting and performance measurement

    Process analysis, improvement, design, and control

    Underwriting processes and operations

    Enterprise risk management

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (an MBA or MS degree is preferred).

CPCU, Chic, CLU, FMLI, CRM-certified Risk Manager, or Six Sigma certification preferred

Position requires weekly travel to client sites up to 80%
