We have an opportunity for a Clinical leader to join our team as a Senior Manager for Meditech Implementation projects. This position requires specific leadership experience in implementation of the Meditech modules. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate successful project management experience and be able to provide support and leadership to other Meditech Implementation employees in our company.

Additionally, the candidate will be comfortable in business development and sales support areas.

Both the Managers and the Implementation Specialists work at different clients around the U.S., and typically work at our client sites from Monday-Thursday. They assist healthcare organizations with initiatives specifically focusing on Meditech systems implementations, release upgrades, and system optimizations. Other responsibilities include project management, process workflow improvement, policy and procedure development and systems support.

The position requires extensive travel; however there is no need to relocate.

We are seeking a full time employee with full benefits offered.

ITS
PHA
HIM
OR
LAB
BMV
LAB Outreach
eMAR
ADM
B/AR
CWS
Requirements: Experience in leading implementation for one or more of the above modules, management experience and the ability to travel extensively are required.

Candidates must meet the basic qualifications of the position in order to be considered an applicant.  Candidates must be willing to travel extensively, 80%.
