What great new thing does Io bring to programming languages that its inspirations failed to do? The faq <http://www.iolanguage.com/about/faq/> subjectively measures Io as the simplest of five other languages, but avoids /objectively measuring/ its simplicity. The sample code suggests there exists at least a few keywords, if, for, method. I also noticed both := and = used for assignment. After that I was unable to continue looking around. I don't seem able to get to the website <http://www.iolanguage.com/> any more.
