not part a of the prob. dat part i jus bunged the '+ symbol
in da middl to get constructors like

(define (make-sum a1 a2) (list  a1 '+ a2))

but part b has meh pissed!!!! nd if yu piss me off yued bteere
run far cause my rage nd anger is reantles. lol!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought that I cud use a backtrack procedure like

1. find a '* symbol

2. backtrack one item

3. bung a '( before it

4. fast forward one item and bung a ') after it

so the expression

x + 3 * (x + y)

becomes

x + (3 * (x + y))

but that dont wrk. any 1 with any helpful hints
