vista scrolling problem

currently using activetcl 8.4.14 and vista 32bit
i cant scroll up on some tk windows, and i cant scroll at all at other
tk windows
it scrolls fine on anything else (browser, cmd prompt etc)

i have 2 pcs with the same problem...
different hardware, same programs

am i missing something? never have the problem before
any help, hints, pointers are appreciated
thanks

i uninstalled intellitype and now i can scroll up and down (when i
used to be able to only scroll down)
i noticed i can only scroll on window that has more than 1 scrollable
object
and on those, i can only scroll 1 of the object, not the first one
so odd....

any help still appreciated

When you say  you can't "scroll", what exactly do you mean? Do you mean
if you click and drag on a scrollbar it doesn't move, or only that you
can't scroll with the mouse wheel or some other hardware gizmo?
